As operators are forced to limit costs, subsidies for phone acquisitions will be carefully analyzed and the focus falls on smartphones. “We will witness a significant increase of the degree of using mobile applications and internet on the mobile phone, together with the use of smartphones,” said a Manager in Deloitte’s Management Consulting team, George Onofrei. 

“The online community has already driven the interest of local politicians, and their initiatives are also inspired by the massive success registered in other countries,” said Adrian Stanciu, Senior Associate in the Financial Advisory team within Deloitte.
