DHL Romania offers its employees the opportunity to try out different jobs

“There a are courier agents who have switched to the sales department, sales agents to IT or HR departments,” says Cristina Filip, HR & Training Manager.

Over 90 percent of recruiting is for entry level jobs: courier agents, operational agents, or client relations agents. DHL has promotion programs in technical high schools. Employee fluctuation exceeded 15 percent last year.

The company offers some 40 hours annually of training per employee. DHL plans to implement two projects to train employees: DHL Management Academy for Managers and DHL Excellence Center for other employees.
