Tailwind Services, controlled by Patriciu, was established in November 2007 and has a share capital worth €63,000.
Patriciu, recently listed by Forbes as the richest businessman in Romania, with a fortune estimated at €3 billion, received approval from the National Securities Commission (CNVM) in January to buy most of the UniCredit Tiriac brokerage house.
According to market estimates, Rompetrol Holding paid €1.7 million for 99.99 percent of Unicredit Securities.
