Distrigaz Sud to apply to ANRE for 20% gas price rise as of 1 October

Such a rise could cover losses of some RON 80 million which gas distributors claim they have sustained since the beginning of the year.

Distrigaz officials estimate that by the end of the year they will acquire imported gas at a price of $620 per 1,000 cubic meters, or even higher.
