“I heard rumors about , but I have no official information yet,” said Xavier Veldeman, DLA Piper's Media and PR responsible for Europe.  The company has reportedly been interested in the Romanian market for the past two years.  This will be the third entry by a major law firm this year, following American White&Case and British Allen&Overy, the latter part of the so-called Magic Circle, which includes the five top London law firms.

DLA Piper has 3,700 lawyers and offices in 25 countries.
