Easy GENIUS unit-linked insurance policy with 25% on BVB

A quarter of subscriber funds are to be invested in Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) listed shares, while the remaining 75 percent will go into fixed income instruments.

The new Easy GENIUS insurance policy has a 20-year maturity and targets middle income clients, whose monthly wage exceeds RON 13,000 (€3,500).
The insurer has been operating on the unit-linked policy segment since 2006.

According to the Insurance Supervisory Commission (CSA), gross premiums from life insurance amounted to some €431.5 million on the local market, last year, some 26 percent higher than in 2006.
