Eka Business Center III in the Baneasa area will require an investment of €3.8 mln and will be finalized by mid-2009. Eka Business Center IV, located in the same area, will be completed in Q4 2008, and cost €4.5 mln. The third Eka Business Center V project is worth €20 mln.
According to Pop, the company owns other land in Bucharest and will develop logistics and residential projects. Eka recently completed the construction on a private clinic in Baneasa, acquired by Unirea Medical Center (CMU) for €5 mln.
