Electrabel and CEZ to invest some €800 mln in thermal power plants

Electrabel and Termoelectrica will build a 400 MW thermal power plant in Borzesti, Bacau County, worth €300-400 million. Termoelectrica General Manager, Ioan Ungureanu, said the deal between CEZ and Electrabel will be signed within two weeks, and the mixed companies will be established within one and a half years. Ungureanu added that a feasibility study will show if other thermal power plants will be developed.
