According to an OPCOM communique, the national consumption ratio of electricity traded in the first three months on OPCOM regulated markets rose to 28.26 percent from 14.52 percent, totaling 4.04 TWh.  ’s need for electricity advanced slightly, to 13.97 TWh from 13.92 TWh.  According to the communique, quoted by the Mediafax news agency, the most significant rise was the volume ratio traded by the Centralized Market of Bilateral Contracts (PCCB), administered by OPCOM, which tripled to 18.26 percent of national consumption from 6.52 percent.
