In order to find a better job, many of the unemployed are forced to change not only their field of activity but also their profession. At present, an increasing number of people specializing in marketing are opting for jobs in sales, physicians are becoming sales agents in the pharmaceutical field, while people who were formerly employed in production are accepting jobs as security agents or cab drivers, according to recruitment specialists.
“The easiest changes are towards fields related to that in which the person is already working,” said Alina Botezatu, Managing Partner of the HR Perspective Group. However, Botezatu said that competition between applicants is fierce, and people must carefully consider before making a change.
Madalina Balan, Managing Partner Hart, said that some physicians have left hospitals and private clinics to become medical representatives, but this is a rather isolated phenomenon, and there can be no talk about significant migration.
