Employers forced to hire persons who do not meet the job requirements
“Companies make up for the lack of experience by offering training, both effective and on-the-job,” said Alina Musuroaea, Recruitment Consults for Barnett McCall. She further believes that vital qualifications to ensure employee performance are motivation and potential, which lead the employee to make an effort to accumulate the necessary knowledge in record time and invest greater energy and time to do the job.

“Organizations must take into consideration that persons with less experience may prove to be excellent candidates (even more suited than those with greater experience) if they are very motivated, adaptable, and have good capacity to assimilate new information and potential for development,” according to Alina Botezatu, Managing Partner of the HR advisory Perspective Group.

Another Recruiting Manager, Victorina Borlan, of Lugera&Makler, believes that companies can accept candidates with less experience if they are unable to find those meeting their expectations or ones who are match the company’s organizational culture and whose professional potential is high.
