EOS KSI to employ some 100 people this year

“We launched a wide recruiting campaign and aim to reach 500 employees by the end of the year,” the company’s Human Resource Manager, Florentina Soare, told Business Standard.

She added that EOS KSI is seeking high school graduates and students with no experience, as well as personnel with solid experience.

The recruiting campaign is part of the company’s strategy to expand countrywide, with new offices in major cities such as Timisoara, Iasi, Brasov, Constanta, and Cluj-Napoca.

EOS KSI Romania is part of the EOS group, one of the debt collection market leaders worldwide, which has 37 subsidiaries and associated companies in 21 countries.

The local subsidiary was founded in 2002 and operates in debt collection from individuals and legal entities, both amiably and through court action, credit risk management, cash flow management through debt purchase and factoring.
