The company posted sales worth €15 million in 2008, up 15 percent year-on-year, after registering a 50 percent rise in business in the first six months.
“On the whole, the IT market registered stagnation as of last year’s second half, and this trend may not pick up any time soon,” Decuseara told Business Standard.
Officials of Lexmark’s local subsidiary also say the market will not grow in 2009, and consumers will direct themselves toward less expensive products.
