The growth registered in Romania is the highest in the region. According to the report, the portfolio in Romania includes ten real estate properties and has a ratio of 42 percent of the fund’s total real estate assets. Equest has 33 projects about to be completed, two in construction and 19 in design stage.
EBP last year purchased retail center Modul Shopping Center in the southern city of Targoviste for €7.8 million. Furthermore, the company announced investments worth €33.8 mln in shopping center Europark in Bucharest.
