According to the company’s press release, Omilos Group, which manages Ermes Holdings, has taken out a €79.5 mln syndicated loan to expand the retail park, with the total investment reaching €175 mln.
The company’s release also shows that Ermes Holding has received many business offers from retailers, and some business partners have requested an expansion of their commercial space. (NewsIn)
