The company managed to fill the key account executive positions in 2009 which were vacant since 2008. The company official indicated that “it is very difficult to find key account executives with the profile we want. First, they must have experience in business to business sales and the capacity to understand the client’s business, and to recommend a telecom solution adapted to that certain business.”
A key account executive can earn some €1,500 on the market. The 30 Euroweb Romania key account executives make up one third of the company’s total employees.
