Financial companies increase on opening, stimulating the market to advance slightly

The BET index measuring the market’s ten top performers increased 0.45 percent and the BET-C composite index tracking all listed shares minus investment funds gained 0.16 percent.

The BET-FI index measuring the five investment funds known as SIFs increased 1.66 percent. SIF Moldova advanced 1.86 percent to 3.28 lei, SIF Banat-Crisana increased 2.16 percent to 3.31 lei.

SIF Muntenia climbed 1.89 percent to 2.16 lei, SIF Oltenia rose 1.25 percent to 4.06 lei and SIF Transilvania gained 1.38 percent to 2.20 lei.

Banca Transilvania remained unchanged at 0.825 lei.
