First real estate project for Heberger Constructii

According to General Manager Claus Kegel the park will require an investment of over €10 mln.

The company posted €45 mln in turnover in 2007 and estimates €65 mln turnover for 2008.

“We have already signed contracts worth €115 million until 2009, of which €65 million are allocated for 2008,” Kegel said.

He added that the main project, worth €40 mln, is the 40,000 square meter office building, Floreasca Business Park in Bucharest, whose beneficiary is the Czech-US company Portland Trust.

Also, Heberger Constructii will continue work on a residential project developed near Bucharest by real estate company Tiriac Imobiliare and German LBBW Imobiliar.

The company is also building a 5,000 sqm nail factory in Popesti-Leordeni, near Bucharest, for German company Kern Liebers, due to be completed in June.
