The company estimates that the value of the IT&C market will rise to €400 million in 2008, with notebooks making up for €140 mln. Notebook producers estimate a total market worth €300 mln for 500,000 units, double year-on-year.
The sales growth for notebooks will continue due to lower prices. Company representatives say they will sell more notebooks than desktop systems in 2008.
Flamingo posted a net profit of €500,000 in 2007, and turnover worth €171 mln.
