“In 2008 we will open our own warehouse in Timisoara, following an investment worth some €15 million in the first phase, and will allocate a further €10-12 mln to expand the center,” according to a statement for Bussiness Standard by Silviu Ganju, Commercial Manager of FM Logistic Romania.
The company has set aside a further €20 mln to build a warehouse in Bucharest, due to be completed by the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009.
FM Logistic Romania operates three warehouses each in Bucharest and Timisoara. Procter&Gamble, Nestle, Cora, L’Oreal, Henkel Technologies and Profi are among the company’s clients.
Estimates of 2007 turnover amounted to €13.8 mln, 30 percent more year-on-year.
