“Companies owned by the Zepter family and several of their shareholders will have the first placement in the three mutual funds,” SAI Zepter’s General Manager, Corneliu Stanciu, told Business Standard.
Target Asset Management is still awaiting approval of the National Securities Commission (CNVM) to launch the Target Investor open investment fund. Cluj-based companies and several individuals are to make the first placements in the fund, according to the Vice President of SAI Target Asset Management, Serban Neacsu. "We think we will attract some €3 mln in the first year of operations of the fund,” Neacsu added.
