Opel will launch its new Zafira and the new 5-seater Agila in February. General Motors Southeast Europe plans to spend €20 million to expand its Romanian sales network from 32 to 43 dealers. Its targets for 2008 include 6 percent of the total market for Opel and 4 percent for Chevrolet.
The local auto market grew by 20 percent last year. Dealers expect to sell 370,00 cars in 2008.
