Heinrig Impex also decided to open two new units, one in the Constanta Free Area and one in southern Romanian Giurgiu County. Contacted by Business Standard, Heinrig Impex officials declined to comment on the new locations.
Heinrig Impex has been operating in Romania since 1997. It has several individuals and companies as shareholders. The company posted some €20 mln in business in 2006 and €550,000 in net profit. Besides duty free shops and imported drinks, Heinrig Impex also sells sweets, cigarettes, watches and perfumes by famous fashion houses in Romania.
