Hercesa Imobiliaria real estate developer, and owner of former Titan baked goods factory, is negotiating the acquisition of a piece of land in the Unirea area of Bucharest, where it plans to build a 12-storey hotel.
The company has not yet set the investment value.
Hercesa is developing over 5,200 apartments in four residential projects. The company has over 30 years experience in real estate and has invested €60 million in Romania to date.
