CFR transported 39.36 million passengers in the first six months of the year, less than in the same time last year, due to limited circulation on some lines. The company plans to increase its market share and to invest in advertising campaigns and improving travel conditions.
Noaptes said that railway transport is accessible to a large number of clients. Regarding the possibility of high-speed trains in Romania, Noaptes said this can be discussed once railway infrastructure rehabilitation work is completed.
