The main shareholders of CTF are Stefan Movila (15.79 percent) and Luisa Movila (15.79 percent), with the remainder corporates. CTF’s turnover tripled in the past three years, with the value reaching RON 108.32 million (€30 million) in 2007, according to data published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and profit of RON 6.1 million (€1.8 million).

Concerning the current international economic situation, Nastase believes that Europe will be most affected by this crisis. “The effects will be felt in Romania also, perhaps as of next year, when the prices of many products will increase, including foods,” added the businessman.
