“Even if the recruiting pace is slowing, this does not mean that there are no more costs to be cut. In companies, the recruiting activity will not stagnate, but will be intended to cover personnel turnover. Meanwhile, as part of the market trend, the accent will move from volume to quality of applicants,” said Florin Secanu, General Manager of XIPE Interactive. The company recently took over the Sincron HR recruiting software, national leader in the field of information technology solutions for the management of recruiting processes.
XIPE Interactive is a company founded by Sincron Interactive, an agency specializing in online communication and marketing campaign consultancy, design, and development, and F5, the new media division of the Realitatea-Catavencu group. The two partners plan to increase the number of clients of Sincron HR by 50 percent.
The recruiting software can be used by both HR specialists in companies and recruiting agencies.
Sincron’s HR turnover rose 35 percent in 2008, to €200,000, and a 50 percent increase in business is expected in 2009, according to Secanu. The company was founded in 2006, and 40 enterprises have implemented this software to date, including Dacia, Genpact Romania, Rompetrol, Wipro Technologies, Toyota Romania, Volksbank, and Germanos. The recruiting software solution market was estimated at €800,000 in 2008, and forecasts for 2009 are registering a downward trend.
