“Premium Plaza’s market value is some €30 million and one of the potential buyers is the ING real estate division. We want to sell the building at a 6 percent yield,” said Klaus Gugglberger, member of Investkredit’s Board of Directors.
Gugglberger said he would be satisfied with a 50 percent profit, since the investment made in the building was €20 mln.
