Integrated energy company will need €1.5 worth of investments

Hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, energy complexes Turceni and Rovinari and energy supplier and distributor Electrica are to be included in the future company. 

By themselves, these entities cannot attract capital under the best circumstances to solve their environment problems and invest in technology, Atanasiu said during a debate on the integrated company.
