Last year’s first three quarters were good for the IT market, with significant investments in expanding research and development, programming and testing teams. In the last quarter, the market started slowing, according to Eugen Schwab-Chesaru, Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe of Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) advisory company. “Independent nearshore/offshore projects have begun showing signs of decline,” he added.
In spite of fewer expected investments, “the IT industry is one of the economic sectors that will continue being attractive," according to the President of the Software and Services Industry Association (ANIS) President, Liviu Dragan.
