Investments of €16 mln for A&D Pharma in 2007

“We will invest more in the coming two years. One of the important projects in 2008 will be the implemention of the ERP [Enterprise Resource Planning] system, while the second, to modernize our storage areas, will take two years. These will be followed by investments in the pharmacy chain, to improve their layout and expand with new pharmacies,” said Roger de Bazelaire, CFO of A&D Pharma in a statement for Business Standard.

“The investment budget for 2007 was smaller than that in 2006, because the project to build the logistical platform in Mogosoaia had the largest impact in the 2006 budget,” said Dragos Dinu, CEO of A&D Pharma.

Mediplus moved to the new logistical center in Mogosoaia in the spring of 2007, which led to interruptions in distribution and a drop in monthly market shares.
