Production departments have the lowest salary average, of €722, according to “Total Remuneration Survey” conducted by Mercer HR advisory company.
“The average salary was calculated for middle management jobs of all departments in a company with 800-1,400 employees,” says Oana Botolan, Country Manager Consulteam, Mercer’s local partner.
The human resources department has an average salary of €1,060 a month, the administrative department, some €920, while the service center, €930.
