The project consists of a block of flats that includes 54 apartments. The price per square meter fluctuates between 1,100 and 1,320 euros. The block of flats was designed by the Ana Maria Luben architectural firm and will be constructed by the American Technology Group of Romania.
The offer includes 55-square-meter studios, together with two and three room apartments. The project should be completed in December 2008. The entire block of flats has a total surface of 6,440 square meters. The project also includes a plot of land measuring 1,500 square meters.
