Jobs that thrive amid crisis

“Demand could increase for jobs that are closely related to an organization’s financial administration. Increasingly more companies are focusing on performance assessment. They want clear figures, economic-financial analyses, and need to have a broad overview,” according to HR consulting company RoMarketing’s Recruiting Manager, Stela Bibart.

Recruiting for the sales area will focus on attracting experienced specialists, as employers have specific expectations, HR specialists say. Ursus Breweries, the local subsidiary of SABMiller brewer, plans to employ some 300 people this year, of which at least 100 for its sales department.
Furthermore, engineers will be sought after, as there is a shortage of such professionals capable and willing to work in the field, according to the CEO of HR Career Solutions International company, Irina Manolescu.

The current economic crisis will also boost the development of professions such as outplacement consultant or management consultant, according to Skill Team HR company’s Manager, Marian Manolache.
