Julius Baer sold half its BVB listed bank shares

The shares sold are worth some €47 million. Julius Baer currently owns shares totaling €45 mln in the two BVB listed banks.

Funds managed by Julius Baer made few investments on BVB during this period. The most significant acquisition was stock in Petrom, Romania’s largest company. Currently, Julius Baer controls 1.26 percent of the oil company’s share capital.
Julius Baer owns stock in companies listed on the local stock market worth a total €160 million, 40 percent less than in October 2007.
