Country Manager Alexandru Creanga said that kika does not discriminate against employees and offers equal chances to anyone who wants to work, regardless of age or location. The company also plans to hire people from the Republic of Moldova.
kika does not intend to offer higher salaries to attract employees, but will provide bonuses for sales advisors. The company has 7,800 employees and a turnover worth €1.2 billion. It will need 200 employees for its first store and a further 20 for the headquarters in Romania.
