Kraft Foods Romania turnover up 20% in 2007

Kraft is estimating a similar increase in turnover this year. “Our goal is to double turnover in the coming five years,” said Peter Muller, General Manager of Kraft Foods Romania, Peter Muller.

Main companies on the local chocolate market are Kandia-Excelent, Supreme Chocolat, Kraft Foods Romania, and Heidi Chocolats Suisse.

According to some studies carried out by Euromonitor market research company, Romania is one of the last countries in the European Union in terms of chocolate consumption.
