According to the company official, L’Oreal will continue to recruit, but at a slower rate than in 2008, and the selection process will be more rigorous. Personnel turnover within the company is expected to register a decline, in the context of the economic crisis. “This does not mean that employees, in search of new challenges, will stop changing their workplace, especially if they are talented.
