“The important projects to be developed in 2008 in the public sector, such as education and defense, and in the private sector, will make use of all the already insufficient consultants on the market,” said Eugen Schwab-Chesaru, Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe of consulting firm for the software and IT services industry, Pierre Audoin Consultants CEE (PAC CEE).
Some projects are postponed due to this lack of consultants.
