Analysts of asset management company STK Financial say the major construction companies listed on the stock market could double their business in the following two years, as Romania registers deficit on the residential and infrastructure segments.
Construction companies are traded at a higher price per earning ratio (PER) compared to other emerging markets, which proves local firms have high growth potential, the STK analysis shows.
The business of considered construction companies had an annual growth rate of some 60 percent in the past three years, higher compared to companies in other emerging countries.
