Major shareholder sells participation in Capitol Bucharest

The major shareholder of hotel company Capitol Bucharest, Emil Gancev, yesterday sold his 59.09 percent stock for some €1.26 million. The shares were sold on the extra-stock exchange segment of the electronic Rasdaq market, at a price 9.91 percent below the shares' quotation registered at the closure of Monday's session.
According to the latest reports available, other significant shareholder of Capitol Bucharest is Romanian Ventures, with a 22.7 percent share packag. The hotel company is administering the Eminescu Villa and the Berlin restaurant, both located in Bucharest.
