Management change for Zapp

The company’s Chief Technical Officer, Victor Stan, resigned with Di Pietro, and the latter will continue as a member of Telemobil S.A.’s Administration Council.

These changes come after the group’s takeover by the Saudi Arabian Oger company. Chris Bataillard founded Zapp Holdings, and has been involved in Zapp Romania and Zapp Portugal management.
