“Furthermore, many companies still lack clear internal policies: there are no goals to me, no financial targets, no compensation or benefit systems, no career plans - no coherent human resource policy,” he added.
According to a study carried out by Antal executive search firm, only one quarter of local companies make management level promotions. The intention on the local market for promotion obtained one of the lowest scores in the region.
