One of the three malls is Militari Shopping in Bucharest, which is scheduled to open in April 2009, and will require an investment worth €70 mln. The second center is West Gate in the western Romanian city of Arad, estimated to be worth €180 mln, while the third €130 mln investment is Seaside Shopping in the eastern city of Constanta.
