The bank has units in Bucharest, Ploiesti, Brasov, Constanta, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, Bacau and Iasi. According to Zinca, the ideal candidate has sales, negotiation, persuasion and client relation abilities. For sales centers, the company is looking for candidates with experience in sales, regardless of industry.

Millennium Bank began its activity in nine cities in Romania in October 2007. There are currently over 3,000 vacancies in the banking system, most of them intended for fresh graduates or young people just starting out and with no experience.

Banca Romana de Dezvoltare-Groupe Societe Generale, UniCredit Tiriac and Raiffeisen Bank intend to hire at least 1,000 people.
