Ministry of Agriculture to approve draft Government Ordinance to privatize National Society for Land Reclamation

Tuesday morning, some 100 trade “Land Reclamation” unionists picketed outside Government headquarters to protest the fact that the Ministry of Agriculture did not respect the protocol it signed. Main claims are linked to social security for employees laid off and the privatization of SNIF through direct negotiation.

According to the President of the Union of Land Reclamation Synidcates, Vasilica Blebea, a protocol was signed with MADR on 21 May for the solutioning of the above two major claims by SNIF employees. (NewsIn)
