Mitsubishi plans to open car parts factory in Romania

Japanese car manufacturer Mitsubishi is considering opening a car parts factory in , according to the company's President, Osamu Masuko, quoted by Reuters. Masuko, who visited last week, told Rompres news agency that Mitsubishi is not interested in opening a car factory in or Europe. Rumors said last week that Mitsubishi could be the fifth major car producer interested in coming to , after Renault, Ford, Daimler and General Motors.
