Moritz: €18 mln office buildings in Victoria Square

The construction of Felix Plaza began this month on Dr. Felix Street in the prestigious Victoria Square, and is scheduled to be finished in the first quarter of 2010. This 24-floor building will make available a further 35,000 square meters of office space.

“Felix Plaza will be the first office building in Romania with a heliport,” said Catalin Secareanu, representative of Coldwell Banker Commercial Romania, the agency promoting this project. The investment for the first phase of the project is worth €120 mln, to which the developer will add a further €60 mln for phase two, to build a further 15,000 sqm, the latter to be completed in 2011-2012. Yields on the office segment will stabilize at 5.5 percent.
