The cheapest home presented at the fair is a one bedroom apartment in the Mamaia seaside resort, costing €10,500, VAT included, while the least expensive home in Bucharest is a studio apartment costing €34,000, part of the Red House project, developed by Apulum 94. While in previous fairs the prices of the most expensive homes started at €1 million, prices for penthouses, duplexes and villas at the current tIMOn Fair start at €250,000.
„Potential clients who are still expecting substantial drops in prices due to the financial constraints faced by residential complex developers are misguided. Developers on the verge of collapse want to sell large volumes, and this is why they are being hounded by opportunity seekers, but they will not sell to end users because they do not have time to wait. The winner will not be the end buyer,“ declared Vlad Vlasceanu, General Manager of Ad-Media, organizer of tIMOn.
Some 60 real estate companies will participate in the 12th edition of the tIMOn Fair, who will offer about 5,000 apartments and 500 villas and pieces of land for sale, with discounts of 5–40 percent off recent developer list prices.
Most tIMOn homes have been finalized or will be ready soon
