Motoractive Leasing’s advance was close to the market growth in H1, of 36 percent.
GE Money Romania also owns lenders Domenia Credit and Ralfi. The company expects 60 percent assets increase this year, to $1 billion (€680 million). The company purchased Motoractive Leasing, Domenia Credit and Ralfi in 2006, for €140 million, with the main goal to consolidate the local business. “We plan to consolidate our position on the automotive leasing market this year. We signed 5,000 leasing contracts in H1,” said the company’s General Manager, Felicia Relenschi.
Motoractive Leasing financed products worth €80 million in H1 2007. The credit book is divided between car leasing (50 percent), light commercial vehicles (25 percent) and equipment and heavy commercial vehicles (25 percent).
